We provide a range of property management functions and acts as a liaison between the landlord and tenant. Our function includes collecting rent, responding to and repairing problems, advertising properties for landlords, and doing credit and background checks for tenants. - looking after buildings.
- collection of rents.
- payment of outgoings.
- maintenance including repair.
- landscaping/gardening and pruning.
- provision of services, supervision of staff employed for services.
- together with negotiations with tenants or prospective tenants.
The extent of and responsibility for management between landlord and tenant depend on terms of the lease(s).
The landlord may delegate some or all of these functions.
In exchange for the service provided we typically charge landlords 8 - 10% of the gross rent collected each month, in addition to marking up repair costs by 15%.
